NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th October, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1521, in Volume DI, Folio 229/4809, File No. MMXI, by my client, Tom Atancha, of P.O. Box 4283—001000, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Bernard Tonny Atancha, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Bernard Tonny Atancha, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tom Atancha, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Tom Atancha only.
