REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Susan Asumo Monyonyi, of P.O. Box 48231—00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/13255, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant registered as No. I.R. 94391/1 flat as Block A, and whereas the said Susan Asumo Monyonyi has lodged an instrument of discharge, and whereas Co- operative Bank of Kenya has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Susan Asumo Monyonyi, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to 6th January, 2012 THE KENYA GAZETTE dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge.
