TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in. CAUSE NO. 333 OF 2012 By (1) Robert Nzungi Mbela, (2) Kamene Mbela and (3) Mutua Mbela, all of P.O. Box 3, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbela Mutua, late of Matetani, who died at Matetani, Machakos, on 22nd September, 1993. CAUSE NO. 335 OF 2012 By (1) Patrick Muthonga Soi and (2) Angela Matha Maseki, both of P.O. Box 91, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Kavuli Soi, late of Kitui, who died at District Hospital, Kitui in Kenya, on 26th July, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
