REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kikolya Malinda Muli (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 49.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Kathonzweni/Thavu/502, situate in the district of Makueni, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Machakos in succession cause No. 416 of 2006, has issued grant and confirmation documents to (1) Rose Nthenya Kikolya and (2) Musau Kikolya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Rose Nthenya Kikolya and (2) Musau Kikolya and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kikolya Malinda Muli (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
