WHEREAS Wambugu Kungu, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 122/122, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green and white cards opened issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the white and green cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
