REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anthony Gakuru Maina, of P.O. Box 53889—00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 13862, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 84799/1, and whereas the said Anthony Gakuru Maina has lodged a deed plan L.R. No. 13862/1 for registration under section 70, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of the said Act declaring that the said grant is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of Deed plan provided that no objection has been received within that period.
