APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 19 of the
Science and Technology Act, the Minister for Agriculture appoints—
EPHRAIM A. MUKISIRA (DR.) to be Director, Kenya Agricultural Research Institute and under section 15 (1) (d) to be the Secretary to the Board of Management of
Kenya Agricultural Research Institute, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 10th April, 2012.
