APPOINTMENT

IT IS notified for general information that the Minister for Local Government has in pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by sections 231 (1) and 245 (1) of the Local Government Act appoints— Nyabuti Okebiro, Samuel N. Muhami, Pauline N. Muriithia, Mercy Kimani, to conduct extra-ordinary inspection and examinations of the accounts and records and to conduct investigations, researches and enquiries into the general administration and financial management of Municipal Council of Garissa.
