NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th September, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1276, in Volume DI, Folio 21/352, File No. MMXII, by our client, Maureen Brenda Anyango Otieno, of P.O. Box 8463–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Florence Vivian Awiti Otieno, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Florence Vivian Awiti Otieno, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maureen Brenda Anyango Otieno, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Maureen Brenda Anyango Otieno only.
