Box 23560–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Arnod Omumani Wambani, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Arnod Omumani Wambani, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Arie Omumani Wambani, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Arie Omumani Wambani only.
