NOTICE is given that pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), to the owners of the following motor vehicles— Toyota NZE reg. No. KBD 002F Toyota NZE reg. No. KBD 212D To take deliveries of the said motor vehicles and remove them within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice from Sirvic Motors, P.O. Box 817–0515, upon payment of storage charges, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold by public auction or private treaty without further notice and the proceeds therefrom will be utilized to defray storage charges and any other incidental costs and the shortfall, if any, will be recovered from the owners by legal proceedings.
