Box 6, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbatoni Mbogori M’Mutari alias M’Wongo M’Mutari, late of Mwiterai, who died there on 18th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. 577 OF 2011 By Stephen G. Marangu Mbwiria, of P.O. Box 126, Kibirichia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuiria s/o Muceke, late of Kiamiogo Location, Meru Central District, who died there in June, 1962 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
