REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Nyabwengi (ID/8124094), of Bomariba in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.5 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kisii Wanjare/Bomariba/746, situate in the district of Kisii Central, and whereas the chief magistrates’ court at Kisii, in miscellaneous application No. 86 of 2011, has ordered that the said piece of land be registrered In the name of Charles Mauta Maangu (ID/8293345), and whereas all efforts made to recover the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said certificate to Charles Mauta Maangu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Nyabwengi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
