IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (h) of the Kerio Valley Development Authority Act, the Minister for Regional Development Authorities appoints— PATRICK EMOJO NASIA to be a member of the Kerio Valley Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 26th March, 2012.
