APPROVAL

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Valuation for Rating Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government gives approval to the County Council of Isiolo’s Resolution under Min. No. 06/FSGP/NOV/2010 as follows: “That the time of valuation for the County Council of Isiolo Valuation Roll shall be 31st December, 2010”. Dated the 15th March, 2012.
