NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th January, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 915, in Volume DI, Folio 28/466, File No. MMXII, by our client, Zaynah Ruhi Murungu, of P.O. Box 1114, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rose Muthoni Murungu alias Rose Faith Muthoni Murungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rose Muthoni Murungu alias Rose Faith Muthoni Murungu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zaynah Ruhi Murungu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Zaynah Ruhi Murungu only.
