NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Benson Ndungu, the owner of Nissan B15 motor vehicle reg. No. KBM 714R, currently in the possession of Motor Mania Limited, of P.O. Box 3397–00200, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all the outstanding storage charges as at 24th February, 2012, for the above- mentioned motor vehicle delivered to the custodian on the 15th February, 2011, failure to collect the said motor vehicle shall result in the same being sold by public auction or private treaty without any further reference and proceeds thereof shall be defrayed against the accrued charges and the balance if any shall remain at the owner’s credit.
