TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 239 OF 2010 By (1) Joseph M. Muthumbi and (2) Jane W. Maina, both of P.O. Box 51, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ziborah Wachuka Muthumbi, late of Kamukunji, Uasin Gishu, who died at District Hospital, Uasin Gishu in Kenya, on 21st August, 1992. CAUSE NO. 332 OF 2011 By (1) Emily Cherop Koech and (2) Lawrence Kimutai, both of P.O.
