GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3289

WHEREAS Ezekiah Mburugu M’Ritara (deceased), of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Nkuene/Mitunguu/1591 and Nkuene/Mitunguu/2054, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession cause No. 621 of 2009 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Jane Kathure Ezekiel and (2) Duncan Kimathi M’Ikiugu, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Jane Kathure Ezekiel and (2) Duncan Kimathi M’Ikiugu, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ezekiah Mburugu M’Ritara (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
