REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Magumu Plantation Limited, of P.O. Box 43872– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land situated in district of Kiambu, being L.R. No. 109/1/1, which land contains approximately 188 acres, being the premises comprised in the conveyance registered as N26, Folio 272/29, File 5517, and whereas they are desirous of bringing the said land under the Registration of Titles Act, notice is given that at the expiry of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall bring the land under the operation of this Act.
