INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of section 9 (1) of the Land Acquisition Act, the Commissioner of Lands gives notice that inquries for the hearing of claims to compensation by people interested in the land required for the construction of Mombasa Port Development Project Access Road will be held from 9.00 a.m. at District Lands office in the Provincial Headquarters on 1st Floor, Room 105, on 26th April, 2012.
