NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th December, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 488, in Volume D1, Folio 8/109, File No. MMXII, by our client, Peter Kiplimo Tirop Chepsoi, of P.O. Box 14448— 00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Peter Kiplimo Tirop, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Peter Kiplimo Tirop, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Peter Kiplimo Tirop Chepsoi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Peter Kiplimo Tirop Chepsoi only.
