NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) Laws of Kenya to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KUG 655 Mercedes Benz 200D, to remove the said vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice from Mars Auto Garage Company Limited, of P.O. Box 44862–00100, Nairobi, Tel. No. 558262, 651598, Butere Road, Nairobi, upon payment of repair and storage charges, costs of advertising this notice and any other incidental charges, should the owner fail to pay all the said charges and remove the said vehicle, the same shall be sold by either public auction or private treaty under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act and the proceeds applied to defray all the said charges and the balance if any, shall be held to the owners credit but should there be any shortfall, legal proceedings would be instituted for the recovery of the balance, and the owner shall be held liabe thereof.
