NOTICE is given that the business known as “Cornerstone Security Services” carried on by Cornerstone Security Services Limited (“the transferor”) (hereinafter called the “business”) was on the 1st December, 2011, transferred to Senaca E.A. Limited, of P.O. Box 44873–00100, Nairobi (“the transferee”) which company shall with effect from the 1st December, 2011, henceforth carry on the said business. The address of the transferor is P.O. Box 3810, Eldoret. The address of the transferee is Karen Office Park, P.O. Box 44873–00100, Nairobi. The tranferee will not assume any debts or liabilities of the transferors incurred in connection with the business or at all up to and including the date of the transfer and the same shall be paid and discharged by the transferor and likewise all debts and liabilities due to the transferors upto and including the date of the transfer shall be received by the transferors.
