Box 1485, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mutwiri Mutungi, late of Mulathankari, Meru Central, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 16th September,2008.
