REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Fatima F. Essajee (ID/5332902/68) and (2) Raida Mwanjala Ngoma (ID/5521680/70), are registered proprietors of that piece of land known Kilifi/Kijipwa/366, containing 1.00 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Mombasa, in civil suit No. 169 of 2010 (O.S), has ordered and vested that the said piece of land to Mangi Katana Mwaro which title deed of the said land is in custody of (1) Fatima F. Essajee and (2) Raida Mwanjala Ngoma, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument and issue a new land title deed to the said Leslie Mangi Katana Mwaro, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Fatima F. Essajee and (2) Raida Mwanjala Ngoma, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 17th February, 2012. A. O.
