REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anderson Kariuki Chomba (ID/3437591/66), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known Kilifi/Kijipwa/365, containing 1.00 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Mombasa, in civil suit No. 169 of 2010 (O.S), has ordered and vested that the said piece of land to Leslie Robinson Mwajanji Mwangemi which title deed of the said land is in custody of Anderson Kariuki Chomba, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument and issue a new land title deed to the said Leslie Robinson Mwajanji Mwangemi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Anderson Kariuki Chomba, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
