GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1718

WHEREAS Stephen Njoroge Ndung’u (ID/0726541), of P.O. Box 80, Ol Joro Orok in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nyandarua/Lesirko/2336, situate in the district of Nyandarua West, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Nyahururu, in civil suit No. 78/2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Josphat Karanja Mungai, of P.O. Box 48418-00100, Nairobi, and Kenya Assemblies of God Church, Weru Branch, of P.O. Box 57, Ol Joro Orok, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Josphat Karanja Mungai, of P.O. Box 48418-00100, Nairobi, and Kenya Assemblies of God Church, Weru Branch, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Stephen Njoroge Ndung’u, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
