GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1710

WHEREAS (1) Francis Oruta and (2) Ombati Oruti, both of P.O. Box 63, Ogembo, are registered proprietors of that piece of land containing 3.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Majoge/Boochi/1453, situate in district of Ogembo, and whereas the principal magistrate at Ogembo Law Courts of Kenya, under Misc. Appllication No. 7 of 2011, has ordered the piece of land be registerd in the name of (1) Francis Oruta (ID/4103499) and (2) Ombati Oruta (ID/5821111), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said certificate of grant of letters of administration to the said (1) Francis Oruta and (2) Ombati Oruta, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Gwako Nyangecha, (2) Morebu Mokema and (3) Nyagitari Mokema, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
