WHEREAS Michael Opondo Telo, of P.O. Box 87, Busia in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.43 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Busia/Teso, registered under title No. South Teso/Angoromo/6190, and whereas the first edition of the land register showing aforesaid ownership is lost, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show the said ownership and loss, notice is given that I shall open a new land register after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
