THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Abdulkarim, of P.O. Box 98436, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land comprising 0.8098 hectare or thereabouts, situate at Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, known as subdivision No. 4829, registered as C.R. 18405 which said piece of land the dimensions abuttals and boundaries thereof, and whereas an instrument of transfer has been presented for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided a valid objection has not been received within that period. I intend to dispense with production of the said certificate of title and proceed with registration of the said instrument. Dated the 17th February, 2012. R. M.
