REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Robert Zakayo Muli, of P.O. Box 89452, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered owner in freehold interest of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 9122/13, situate in Kilifi within Mtwapa Creek of Kilifi District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 28486/1 of 2.860 hectares or thereabout, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue provisional certificate of titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
