IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) of the State Corporations Act, the Minister of State for Defence appoints— MAJ-GEN. (RTD.) P. J. OPIYO as Chairman of Defence Forces Pensions Assessment Board (DEFPAB), with effect from 24th November, 2011 upto 23rd November, 2014; and MAJ-GEN. (RTD.) C. M. MWANZIA as Board member, Kenya Ordnance Factories Corporation (KOFC), with effect from 27th December, 2011, upto 26th December, 2014. Dated the 6th February, 2012. M. Y.
