APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 260 (1) of the
Local Government Act, the County Council of Nzoia has appointed—
CHARLES WALANJULA MALIKA to be a public prosecutor for the purposes of all cases arising under the
Local Government Act and any By-laws made by the County Council of Nzoia whether under that Act or otherwise.
