WHEREAS Tipmadhu Seaside Chalets Limited, of P.O. Box 81112, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor 3rd February, 2012 THE KENYA GAZETTE in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.8773 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 7655, situate within Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 27893, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
