NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th September, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2619, in Volume D1, Folio 215/4657, File No. MMXI, by our client, Lillian Achieng Asewe of P.O. Box 22202– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of her son, Rodney Kim Kluivert Jonathan Asewe formerly known as Rodney Kim alias Rodney Kim Achieng, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Rodney Kim alias Rodney Kim Achieng, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rodney Kim Kluivert Jonathan Asewe, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Rodney Kim Kluivert Jonathan Asewe only.
