ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya notice is given to the owner of motor vehicle KAU 148V, Volkswagen Passat which is lying at the premises of Messrs Auto Body & Paint Limited located at Falcony road, off Enterprise Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi, to take delivery thereof within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage and repair charges and any other incidental costs failure to which the said vehicle will be sold by public auction or private treaty by Whistone auctioneers, Cepkorio road, off Lusaka road, without any further notice thereof.
