ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya notice is given to the owners of motor vehicles BMW E.36 KAC 316Y, Toyota 110 KAP 640Z, Toyota Land Cruiser KAP 010K, to take deliveries thereof within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges failure to which the said vehicles will be sold by public auction or private treaty to defray such charges and other incidental costs and the shortfall, if any, will be recovered from the owner by legal proceedings.
