ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya notice is given to the owner of motor vehicle NS 653 H Subaru Legacy, which is lying at the premises of Scanshark Security Limited, situated at South B, Nairobi, to take delivery thereof within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and other incidental costs incurred as at the date of delivery failure to which the said vehicle will be sold by public auction or private treaty by Chaka Agencies P.O.
