IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 260 (1) of the Local Government Act, the County Council of Nakuru appoints— MARY WAITHERA TANUI to be a public prosecutor for the purposes of all cases arising under the Local Government Act, or under any By–law made by the County Council of Nakuru, whether under the Act or otherwise.
