WHEREAS (1) Lydia Waruguru Munene and (2) Monica Wanjiku Munene, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0854, 0.0854, 0.0459 and 0.0459 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, registered under title Nos. Miti Mingi/Mbaruk Block 8/1621 and 1619, and Miti Mingi/Mbaruk Block 9/335 and 334, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
