THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Salim Mzungu Nyanje, of P.O. Box 90242, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land known as 4022/II/MN, situate in Mombasa District, by virtue of a freehold title registered as C.R. 30121/1, and whereas an instrument of transfer has been executed in favour of Winnie Cheptoo, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the certificate of title registered as C.R. 30121/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer.
