ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of trailers ZB 8691, Z4649, ZA 346, ZB 657, Z 3093, ZB6655, ZD0591 and lorries KJW 670 (with trailer) and KJS 745. Containers PCIU 364275–0 and ESPU 202311–2 currently lying at Kibarani parking yard along Makupa causeway and Changamwe parking yard along Old Mombasa/Nairobi Road in Mombasa, to take delivery thereof within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding storage, security and incidental costs incurred as at the date when the delivery is taken failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty without further notice to the owner and proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges.
