NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of the motor vehicles RAV 4, KAX 581R, Mercedes Benz KAG 300L, Mercedes Benz KZT 369 and Nissan Caravan KAH 386F, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication from the premises of Haji Motors Limited situate at Hyundai Complex, off Mombasa Road behind Vision Plaza, upon payment of all outstanding repairs, storage and related charges failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty without further notice to the owner and proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further refence to the owner.
