TENDER

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of the motor vehicle KAX 989T, Subaru Legacy Chassis No. BE5–046566 that within thirty (30) days from the date of publication to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is currently lying at our principal garage, pats 4x4 Centre, Murang‘a Road, Nairobi, upon payment to this office, costs of repair, painting work and storage charges and any other incidental costs failure to which the same shall be disposed of under the above mentioned provision without further reference to the owner either by public auction, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges.
