NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Zion Harvest Mission C/O James Edwin Aweyo and or any other interested party who has his motor vehicle make Toyota Landcruiser Chassis No. HDJ81–0064617, engine No. 1HD–0118741, year 1996 and colour grey lying at the premises of Mitchell Cotts Freight Kenya Limited, located along Shimanzi/Voi Street within Mombasa County, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and any other incidental costs including the costs of publishing this notice, the same shall be sold by private treeaty and or auction without any further notice herein.
