COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned part development plan was on 21st October, 2010, completed. The part development plan relate to land situated within Wajir Township. THE KENYA GAZETTE 25th November, 2011 4502 4502 Copies of the part development plan have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, Wajir District, Chief Township Location and District Commissioner, Wajir East District. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at offices of District Physical Planning Officer, Wajir District, Chief Township Location and District Commissioner, Wajir East District, between the hours of 7.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, Wajir P.O.
