REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njoroge Nduati (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Loc. 1/Gatanga/20, containing 1.72 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the senior resident magistrate‘s court of Kenya at Thika, in succession cause No. 16 of 2004 has issued grant letters of administration to Jeremiah Mutonya Njoroge, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Njoroge Nduati (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration, land title deed issued earlier to the said Njoroge Nduati (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
