REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Nuru Said, (2) Fatuma Said and (3) Said Ali, all of P.O. Box 88266, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as 8074/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa District, held under registered as C.R. 32633/1, and whereas the affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (i) (1) of the said Act, declaring that the said title registered as No. C.R. 32633/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
