THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Administrators of the Estate of Harold Michael Onyango, P.O. Box 45269, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land comprised on L.R. No. 209/6887, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, held under a grant registered as I.R 23309, and whereas the said Administrator of Estate of Harold Michael Onyango has lodged an instrument of Transfer in favour of Silas Misoi t/a Siro Investment, of P.O. Box 538, Kitale, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R 23309/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
